Kivimaa-Moonlight Bay is a resort village on the shores of Turtle Lake, in the Rural Municipality of Mervin No. 499 in northwestern Saskatchewan. It became an incorporated resort village on January 1, 1989.
Today the village is run by an elected council and an appointed administrator, who meet on the third Tuesday of every month.
